The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
If you have any problem after receiving your order, please send me a message and I will do my best to fix it or ultimately send you the money back if there is no other solution.
If you want to cancel your order, you can do so until the moment I send the products. Once shipped, you can not make cancellations.
To consider a package lost should have been three weeks in domestic shipments and 6 weeks in international shipments without receiving It. If the package is lost we will refund all the money, including shipping costs or if you prefer, I can send you the same product (if we have it in stock) or similar of your choice.
